Airprox

To receive an Airprox reporting form, apply to the AirProx Board.

Mandatory Occurence

Mandatory Occurence Report form (SRG 1601 - CA 1673) (used to report an event where an aircraft crosses a glider site, but not resulting in an Air Prox: eg an aircraft flying directly over a winch operating glider site at 1,000ft )
