CAA Registration

CAA Registration Fees.
G-INFO Database. Searchable database of UK registrations. Check to see if your chosen registration is available.
Form CA1. The CAA form to register an aircraft.
Trustee Grid. CAA form to be used where an aircraft is owned jointly by three or more individuals.
CAP 523. The definitive CAA document regarding the display of nationality and registration marks.
AMP 3-7. BGA guidance on registering a glider and on displaying registration marks (an interpretation of CAP 523).

BGA Glider Maintenance Schedule. A generic maintenance schedule for gliders (and self sustaining sailplanes) operating within the BGA airworthiness system.

Regulation

EC 1592/2002. Shows the overall structure of the regulation underpinning these changes and links to the detailed regulations.
Annex II Types. An EASA listing of Annex II aircraft. See pages 31 to 36 for glider details. Note that this list is still being populated - if in doubt, contact the BGA office.
CAP747. CAA document entitled 'Mandatory Requirements for Airworthiness.' Includes (section 1, part 2) lists of EASA and Annex II aircraft.
Radio Licensing. Sets out the requirements for licensing radios in all aircraft, including gliders.
