I confirm that I hold a PPL or higher licence and within the previous 5 years to this application have held (delete as req’d) an Instrument Meteorological Conditions Rating / Instrument Rating / UK ATPL(A) with embedded IMC Rating privileges / UK Military Basic Instrument Flying Grading (BIFG). I have enclosed a copy with this application.
Or; b. I confirm that (i) I have attended an approved BGA CFE theoretical knowledge seminar. Either the supervising examiner has signed this application at 3a below, or I have enclosed an attendance certificate with this application; and (ii) I have completed a BGA Cloud Flying Endorsement proficiency check as described in BGA Laws and Rules. The examiner has signed section 3b below.
