The wings have wooden spars and glass/balsa/glass skins. The centre section is held to the fuselage with bolts in tension. It is absolutely vital that of the threads of these bolts are in first class condition. The rotating trailing edge brakes suck open badly. It is recommended to fit springs to help close them.
